Patient Outcomes

Real results from
real patients

After my knee replacement I wasn't sure I'd walk the gorge trail again. The progressive program never overwhelmed me — I'm now hiking Galston Gorge every weekend.
Margaret T.Post-surgical rehab — Galston
My GP referred me for diabetes management and it's been the best decision I've made. My HbA1c dropped by over 1 point in 6 months and I actually enjoy exercise now.
David K.Chronic disease management — Dural
Finding a registered NDIS provider who genuinely understands complex needs was a challenge until now. The structured, patient approach is exactly what my son needed.

Frequently asked
questions

Yes. With a GP-issued Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, Medicare rebates up to 5 allied health sessions per calendar year. Many patients have little to no out-of-pocket cost depending on their private health cover.
Yes. Exercise physiology is funded under Improved Health and Wellbeing (Capacity Building). We are a registered NDIS provider and work with plan-managed, self-managed, and agency-managed participants across Dural and the Hills District.
Exercise physiologists specialise in therapeutic exercise for chronic disease, disability, and long-term injury management. Physiotherapists focus more on hands-on manual therapy for acute injuries. Both are allied health professionals — many patients benefit from seeing both at different stages of recovery.
Yes. We are a DVA-approved exercise physiology provider. Gold Card holders access services with no out-of-pocket cost. We handle the DVA billing paperwork directly.
No referral is required to book an initial appointment. A GP referral is needed to access Medicare CDM rebates, and a DVA referral for veterans. NDIS participants need a valid plan with Improved Health and Wellbeing funding.
